Stuck with a high water bill or water waste notification?

Often it is not your fault and you should not have to pay it!

In this case our trace gas proved that the leak was inside water authorities equipment and not our customers responsibility to repair. You can see it bubbling up and a trace located with our equipment, no other gas would set it off like this and proves the leak location.

This is a really good example of when the water main is leaking at the meter, but the local water authority tell you its your problem and you have a leak on your water main!

Being told “you” have a leak by the local water authority is a real headache causing high water bills and some pretty threatening letters from them. However in about 80% of cases it turns out it is the water meter leaking and not your fault. However you get the high water bill and all the costs until we can prove it is not your issue.

Then the authority need to repair the leak and refund both our costs and the lost water.
